Spectacular New York Bites
Must try NYC Dining Experiences
New York has to be my most visited place in all my travels. But I feel I have yet to genuinely explore the city. Most of my visits were centered around seeing friends or just as a means of transit to another destination. On my last two visits however, that changed. Finally, I was able to take a bite out of the New York pie. Both visits were a stark contrast, only because of the seasons, winter versus summer. Of course I got to experience more during the summer, but winter in NYC is always an experience I think we should all have.

Best Four day Phuket Itinerary
The year of 2023 has been the year I have regained my love for travel. It’s never left me entirely but if I am being honest living through the epidemic while in China really affected me in different ways mentally. I became a lot more anxious when traveling because of the many unknowns that came with living in China with the ever changing restrictions. Nonetheless, with each day my confidence to travel is being restored. I am innately an anxious babe but with each flight I feel brand new.

Where to eat in Hawaii
Everything I ate in Hawaii
Arriving in Hawaii felt surreal. Happiness was just exuding from me. I was so happy to not just be there but to see my friends after what felt like forever. Friends that share the same passions as you do are gems that should be cherished and I personally love all my friends dearly, just as much as I love food. For this trip I wasn’t seeking out locally made food as a priority. I wanted food you could eat any where that had local influences or locally sourced ingredients.

Am I A Disney Adult?
Hong Kong vs Shanghai Disneyland
Being able to finally realize a childhood dream as an adult brings and emotion that differs from those I already experienced in my lifetime. After being in China for four years and having Disneyland on my top things to do, I was finally able to make it happen last year. My very close friend invited me to weekend trip to the Shanghai Disneyland. Immediately I agreed to the trip and excitement and anticipation filled my heart for the remainder of the day. I immediately went to the time in my life when I was in primary school and there was to be a trip to Disney World in Orlando Florida, that I was unable to attend. Now an adult, I made this dream come through. Now, would I deem myself a Disney adult? I don’t think so. But, I am an adult that will make my childhood dreams a reality if I can. Now let’s skip the emotional and mental breakdown of this all and get to the happiness that is Disneyland.

Must try foods in Thailand
Everything I ate on my 4 day Phuket trip
Seafood lovers this one is for you. Thailand is not only a beautiful island filled with diverse, lush scenery but also a melting pot of flavors. From sour, to sweet or spicy your taste buds will be heightened to levels of fascination and even query, because honestly some flavor combinations will have you questioning your palate. One thing that can’t be denied is that Thai food is exceptional and comparing it to Thai food I’ve had outside of Thailand, well there is no comparison.
